is kosher salt the same thing as dendritic salt?

Nope, they're two different types of salt.

Thanks, Chris. Too bad. :-)

Yeah, but how good is the price for it though. From my experiance,

FNWL is EXTREMELY expensive. EXTREMELY. Though on occassion they will

have some stuf that others don't which is nice but If i can try my

best I would usually buy something cheeper from someone else.

Then again this is just what i have seen.

Hmmm i will have to look around.

I am in NY! So you will save on shipping and if you have NYS Tax ID you

don't pay sales tax. I will be carrying dendritic salt! In fact, it will be

in my next buy that started yesterday! Email me privately if you want

details! The ad won't appear here until Sunday. :-)

Baking

soda softens the water and the skin and helps hold the

scent. Dendrict salt is better to use? All Bath Salts

should be stored in an airtight container (does it

matter if its glass or a tupperware type?)

Why is glycerin used?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dendiritic salt - fixative and anti-clump agent
Baking soda - fixative, softens water
Glycerin - helps prevent clumping, fixes scent, humectant
Best stored in an airtight container; type is according to preference, and
concerns regarding plastic's absorbing scents or breaking down into the salts
vs. glass and breakage and the resulting dangers.
I'm looking for a recipe for bath salts. We used it for Girl Scouts.
It was salt, they had 3 types & we picked one, either baking soda or
power (I can't remember), liquid food coloring, & scented oil. I can't
remember the amounts. Any help would be great. Thank you.
When I first saw this on the news a few months back I had many concenrs over
this.
You are right that everything is definatly way too vague. I would print up
several copies (everyone should) and post it by your bath salts to tell people
that they are safe. The media does a HORRIBLE job with giving out the truth
about things. Instead just try to scare everyone about everything. I wish they
would do a much better job.
had to pull my bath salts from the shelf because of the ban. I just filled a
large wholesale order for them also. The posting on the Dept of Health website
is too vague. Do any of you know what is actually being banned? Is it those
ingredients only or anything marketed as " bath salts " ? She made it sound as if
they or I could be fined.
