Guest guest Posted February 15, 2004 Report Share Posted February 15, 2004 Kent, By the sounds of it they are recuriting for a Hotel called the Burj Al Arab (the worlds only 7 star hotel) It was predominantly staffed be South African Paramedics the last time I was iworking in Dubai. They have been trying to recurit Paramedics out of Australia with little effect mainly because of the pay. The last I heard was that they where paying aound US $1800 - $1900 Tax free per month for a 48hr week. The ussual incentives apply yearly trip home on the company, company accommodation etcetcetc I guess that there current stock of Paramedics have headed of to Iraq or to Canada/US to immigrate. The job isnt advertised on the the network overseas website, but Neil at Network Overseas can give you the website of the hotel group with the job listing, as well as a copy of the job description. Jim I havent posted the website here because I don't want to bypass the recruiter- you never know when you might need their services in the future!
