I'd like to start making my own body lotion (I have dry, itchy and

very sensitive skin). What are some recommendations on ingredients to

use AND what to stay away from? Also, are there certain ingredients

that are a must? (Like something to stop bacteria from growing in it?)

I'm a newbie :)
