Guest guest
Thanks for the response Mark. What degree of flex did you have after the 3 weeks to cause the Doc to do the manipulation? Guest guest
BTW -Still too early to tell anything about the knee. It's still very sore and swollen. I have not had pain in the trochlea groove that I can tell, but I have not had any weight on it either. My doc had me limited to 46 degrees bend, but I did get my CPM up to 52 degrees last night ( slept with the machine at 52 degrees for about 3 hours). My wife was not happy about that. I felt that it was okay to bend past 45 because I was suppose to go for my checkup last week and it was postponed until Monday. Guest guest
I am pretty sure I was about the same as you are now - approx 54 - 56 degrees .. the OS thought i should have been up to 70 degrees after three weeks so he knocked me out and made it happen!!! Remember everyone is different though ... I recall a tip one the nurses gave me and that was to have the leg higher at the foot so it would help the swelling drain ... it must have been good advice as i remember going to the dunny every couple of hours and i could never work out where all the fluids were coming from!!! > > > > > > > > Mark, > > > > > > > > Long time no hear.
