Hi ,

I have no knowledge of high blood pressure but would

colloidal oatmeal be okay? It makes for a nice soak.

I also enjoy bath teas and bath melts.

Hi :

An herbal tea for the tub is delightful. Dried herbs mixed with

powdered milk, ground oatmeal, essential oils or other 'soothing'

things can take the place of salts. Lavender and chamommile are two

of my favorites,, tied into a square of cheese cloth, a muslin bag

or even 4x4 gauze squares can be tossed in as the tub fills and used

to scrub your tired old body.

Good Luck,

in NC

How about using herbs and such? You can purchase the large seal your own tea

bags, or use some cheesecloth.Chamomile is great, Lavender buds, Oatmeal, milk

of any kind. Have fun. Blessings, Jet
