Guest guest Posted August 23, 2005 Report Share Posted August 23, 2005 Hello, I've had chondro for 2 years now, and I'm looking for some weightroom exercises that might strengthen my knees, or my legs more generally, so that I don't have to rely as much on whatever part of my knee is messed up by the chondro.
