Guest guest
Hi All I saw the posts on microfracture and I am a bit mixed up. I have microfractures all along my tibia and Fibia bases do to my Grade 4 chondromalacia and lack of cartilage. I am having a problem with ortho drs. They tell me there is nothing else that can be done for me untill the replacement that none of them are willing to do because my age of 43. If I read the post right someone said they had microfractures because of lack of cartiledge I don't understand what you mean that you will be squatting of running when it is healed. With my level 4 I can barely walk with a cane and it is so painfull I am unable to even swim just floating in the water is extremely painful. Please explain the microfracture surgery to me. Thank You Verry much, pat...

That's hogwash. We should give Tonya Harding a baseball bat and send her after them . There is no reason you should be suffering like you are. I have a good internet friend who lives about 120 miles from me who had an Avon PKR done by her OS a year ago when she was 42. She is doing fantastic today. I'm sure there are surgeons out there who would do one for you. If you need help finding one, I would be glad to help.
