Ask for a TENS unit, That is all I have and will ever use for pain. I have

not ever taken a pain pill.

I too am a single parent and cannot get on all that crap.

How do you use the TENS unit for Patella Femoral Pain....?

someone lent me their machine as they had no use for it and I'm at a bit of a

loss as to how I can use it!

My PT and OS worked together to place it in the correct position that was

best for me. I would see them as they would be the best for learning how to

properly use it in your situation.
