Hi ,

Hopefully your new rhem arthritus doc can help you out.

My SIL has Lupus, its an auto-immune thing too, which

gets your joints, and attacks other organs like your

kidney and liver.

She was doing great on her meds, she had been sick off and on

and when they found out it was lupus, she was put on meds

which had helped her a lot. She never realized how good her

meds were until she couldn't take them while pregnant.

Fast forward a couple of years,

they decided to get pregnant, and then had

to go off her meds for the 9 months. She has had tons

of health problems because she had to go off her lupus meds.

Some joint related, carpel tunnel symptoms, sore joints, etc

plus other organ issues, high blood pressure (maybe just had

to due with being pregnant too).

I suspect if you find the right doc for the auto-immune problems,

things will get better. Like always, if you don't like your

fist doc, find someone better.

As always do your internet research too.

Hi,

I can e-mail my SIL and see if she knows what tests

to ask for with the Lupus. It may be a couple days, she doesn't

always check her mail regularly.
