I had ART on my neck last year in Boston, after it was pretty sore from a

couple mtn bike wipeouts etc........it honestly did help, and I've not had

any neck trouble since...knock on wood. I think the skill of the

practitioner makes a difference. This guy was an Ironman certified doc. He

has treated a few noteworthy pro triathletes. I found him here

http://www.activerelease.com/locator/index2.cfm.

good luck,

COVERED BY INSURANCE???????? Where are you -- Sweden?

A couple of people on the ITBS list had ART done & swear by it. Others are very

skeptical, since it's a patented process and that doesn't seem very

humanitarian.

Some people specialize in limbs, others in the trunk, others do both. Also note

that some of the ones listed are actual teachers of ART. I was going to try it

when I thought I had ITBS, was going to have to drive 100 miles AND back, and

pay for it out of my pocket.

No boston :) Yes my insurance company told me i have unlimited chiropractor

benefits as long as medically necessary (determined my practioner). I had no

trouble going for 20 visits last year.

Does not seem humanitarian???? What do u mean by that. Any ways looks like i am

going to go ahead with it. I will keep you posted.

I meant that, since it's patented, the inventor (I forget his name) gets a cut

from all the practitioners who use his method. Doesn't seem to fit with the

Hippocratic oath (although I confess that I've never actually read the

Hippocratic oath).
