primary(isotonic saliva): intercalated ducts

secondary(hypotonic ): striated ducts , as the cells of the striated duct remove sodium from the isotonic saliva so it becomes hypotonic

my qs is:

-what do u call the syndrom in which u have hemangioma on the face and convulsions?

-why there is a tendency to bleeding in anemic patients?

thanx
