Thank you for writing, . I think you're right. I mean, what about

floral stems that you buy at a craft store and use to make your own wreath

that you sell? I guess it's the same thing. I have found some Internet sites

that sell base mixtures for shower gel, bubble bath, etc., and those sites

have been very helpful. So I guess I won't worry about where I get the base,

because the product is uniquely mine. :-)

Another question, though ... what if someone gets a rash or is allergic to a

homemade bath and body product? I mean, what if I sell some bubble bath on

an eBay auction and someone buys it and uses it, then sues me because

they've broken out into a large, painful rash on their whole body??? By

listing all of the ingredients in your stuff, does that help prevent you

from getting caught up in a lawsuit like that? My husband's uncle is a

lawyer, and I'm going to ask him about that next week ... I've often

wondered about that topic. Like, why don't people sue Kay if they're

allergic to their stuff? Hmm. It's a question to ponder, I guess.
