Hi everyone,

I have been busy recording some of the new audio tapes all day, but I wanted to

take a moment to say hi and tell you that I am thinking of all of you today.

I noticed a message from our Karma today. What a joy to have you back.

I have not had time to read all of your messages, but it warms my heart to see

how devoted you have all been to keep so committed to reaching your goals. Liz,

you have started a really good thing with posting not only your Life Lift

breaths, but also your water intake and your success with eating. One thing is

certain, it is not just one thing that will help us all to succeed in reaching

our goals of being healthy and fit. It takes a combination of easy to manage

things for us to be Victorious in achieving whatever goal we set for our bodies.

Begin with a mental attitude that you can, and you deserve to! That is that you

can reach whatever goal you set if you have the courage to stay on the right

path, though some days it may not be easy. Remember that you do not have to

change everything in your life in this moment. You only have to work on the next

few minutes and those minutes will add up to the next few hours and then those

hours will add up to the next few days, and so on.

Think of this, if you sat down at the table and it was set with enough food to

feed you for a month and you tried to eat it all at once, you would become very

ill before you got finished with a small percentage of the food. Your body was

not meant to take it all in at once. So it is with your goals. It is good to

have long term goals set, but first off, begin with the tiny, baby steps of

reaching goals that are easy to attain and totally manageable.

Set a goal that you can reach easily so that you can feel the power and joy that

comes from success. This will make you feel stronger to keep on going. There is

nothing like pure success to make you strong in staying with a commitment such

as doing enough Life Lift breaths to really improve the quality of your life and

your health. I saw a message today where someone said if you were struggling to

just do a few breaths, I think she suggested 10 breaths. This is a very good

concept for someone who is having trouble doing the full workout.

10 breaths, or 5 minutes of Life Lift can often give you enough energy to create

a whole new enthusiasm for setting and reaching your goals. If you are one of

the few who do well over 40 breaths, some who do 100 daily then great, you have

yourself conditioned to that. Congratulations on your total commitment to your

body. But, we all know that most of you can only do the 20 minutes a day and

some of you even less. That is all it takes to achieve wonderful results. The

most important thing to remember is to challenge no one but yourself to do what

you can to improve daily.

Remember the keys are:

A Healthy Attitude, Positive Thoughts mean a positive life.

Oxygen,

Water,

Food that nourishes and strengthens your body. Keeping your body fueled by

eating every few hours. A good rule to follow is 3 meals and three snacks daily.

Sounds simple. It will be when you develop healthy habits that show you know you

deserve to have whatever goals you set for yourself.

One more key:

Memorize these statements, repeat them several times a day:

I have all that I need to have all that I want.

I deserve to have my dreams come true. I know I do not have to be perfect to be

worthy of my dreams, goals and desires. I only have to be.

Have a wonderful week!

Rashelle
