Just read the digest and wanted to add my .02 about a couple of things.

Sorry I don't remember who said what so forgive me.

Re: changing the workout to suit your needs. What a wonderful idea! I used

to do that when I did BodyFlex. I haven't done that with LL because I like

the positions, but I could see how that would work.

Re: The Victory Theory. I have to second that these are wonderful tapes!!!

I have been listening to them for a couple of weeks. I've only heard 3 of

them so far--and love them. They have opened my eyes to all the

possibilities before me that I have only dared dream of and then dismissed as

not possible for me. They are possible for me!! Everything is possible for

me!!!

Along the lines of the Victory Theory I'd like to pass on a book that you

might be interested in that goes hand in hand with the Victory Theory (here

after VT). It's called " The Wisdom of Florence Scovel Shinn " It contains 4

books by her (actually 3 are by her and one is a compilation of essays by

her). To be honest there are a couple of things that are too " new agey " for

me, but the rest of it...well, wow!! is all I can say. This book is really

wonderful and like the VT opens your eyes to all that is possible for your

life. Rashelle does mention Florence Shinn in the Relationship tape and so

being curious I checked it out. I recommend you might look for it at

Half.com. I got my copy at a bargain price there.

Libster!!!!!! Thanks for the update on Dayton. My son has a Dragon's

t-shirt (compliments of his grandparents) and I love the logo. Too bad they

are losing, but it's a new team. In my book they can't be too bad since they

are associated with my favorite baseball team--The Reds (Hi Liz!!!)

Hi ,

I had signed off for the night and was ready to go to bed. I have no idea why I decided to come back, guess I didn't realize how much I missed all of you.

Actually I did realize it, but I also knew that I needed to take some time to focus on my family. After reading your message, I am so glad I came back.

Your message is so precious. I am so happy that you are getting so much from the Victory Theory tapes. Each time I think of what it took for me to create the Victory Theory it makes me realize once again the power we each hold within us to overcome all odds. I had just been commissioned to create the cassette series just before my Dad was diagnosed with stomach cancer, about a year and a half ago. I was feeling so overwhelmed and could not imagine how I could complete this with all that was going on. Yet, amazingly I was able to reach down into the deepest part of myself to find the strength to do what I knew I needed and wanted to do. I wrote a good deal of the scripts while sitting by either my Dad's or my Mom's bedside (since she ended up in a separate hospital at the same time with pneumonia because of the stress of what was happening to her beloved husband of 61 years.)

Needless to say when the series was completed I was overcome with the realization that inside us all is a place where we can go to find all that we need to achieve our goals, overcome obstacles and be the best that we can be, if we will just believe it is there.

We are all created with all the tools inside us to help us realize our dreams. We are all worthy of having our dreams come true. Not just me or one or two of you, but everyone of us. It is a wonderful truth and when we embrace it, it can change our lives forever.

I am so thrilled that you are telling other about Florence Scovel Schinn. I have been using these books in my life for many years. They were a gift to me and I do refer to them in the Victory Theory because they do help us all realize how important faith is. Faith in ourselves and in our precious dreams.

I agree with everything you said about these books. The thing to remember to take what works for you and let the rest go. There is so much good to be taken from them.

I just light up inside every time I read a message like this. It took so much for me to create those tapes, the truest labor of love. It means so much to me to know that so many of you are seeing such positive changes in your lives from using them.
