anyone have experience with cervical herniation and degeneration?

have annual tear (ligament damage). chiropracters in the past when

it was acute (before the current herniation). doing physical

therapy and getting better but not gone. haven't exercised in 2

months... thinking about prolotherapy.

let me know, eh?

Nate:

Don't know much about the back, but prolotherapy did help my knee.

BTW, if any of you were thinking about checking out books on prolo,

they are 1/2 price at:

http://www.beulahlandpress.com/

There are some as cheap as $10, and the one I spent $80 on (Prolo

Your Sports Pain Away!) is only $50 for the rest of this month.

Sorry if that sounded like an advertisement, I just thought you might

like to know. ;)
