seriousness, you are absolutely correct and I appreciate your

advice. However (and you knew there'd be a " however " ), I

am slowly improving with my current level of

activity. I took six months off and that didn't help at

all. So who knows?<br><br>I will try not to be a total

idiot and get myself into a worse
