Would freeze dried fruit work (with no additives) for water kefir?

You can try freeze dried fruit but it seems to me it would fall apart. The nice

thing about dried fruit over fresh is that it keeps its integrity for the two

days. Freeze dried turns right back into fresh fruit after soaking. You might

have a mess.
