Guest guest Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 Hello, I received my grains on Wen put them in a glass jar with 2 cups of whole milk. After almost 24 hours it seemed liked nothing was happening. I waited the full 24 hours and was going to strain and start again with 2 cups of milk and just throw away the firs batch of milk when to my surprise I had kefir....lol...it was good...not very sour....I have my 2nd batch on my counter and will check tonight....Thank you so much.... amyjo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
