Guest guest
I joined this group several months ago when I got my first batch of kefir. I so didn't know what I was doing. What is water kefir? What would you equate the taste to? Thanks! in Michigan On Mon, Apr 28, 2008 at 10:18 PM, Marilyn Kefirlady <marilynjarz@...> wrote: > Interesting. Thanks for sharing. Guest guest
Hi , Water kefir is a probiotic beverage that can resemble soda pop. My latest batch: I had put away some sweet water kefir way back in September. It's been in the refrigerator all this time with a couple pieces of dried ginger in it. So I decided to taste it today. Gingerale. It was so delicious! You just never know doing stuff like that. It could have been totally alcoholic. But this was good.
