Guest guest Posted January 25, 2008 Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 Hello, My second batch of water kefir made with coconut water came out smelling terribly of sulfur. Any thoughts on what might have gone wrong? Is it too many grains or did I maybe leave it out too long? It was out probably 14-16 hours. The first batch was out longer and came out fine. Guest guest Posted January 26, 2008 Report Share Posted January 26, 2008 If that happened to me I would put the water grains back into a sugar water solution for a few batches to make sure everything is okay. Then I'd try the coconut water again.
