Guest guest
I too know the feeling of losing balance while doing the simplest things. Which is why I try to keep my chatting ventures in a sitting down position, lol
Guest guest
I've found that my AFOs simply do not hold me steady while in a standing position. They're great for helping me walk, but I must have my cane when standing for support. Otherwise I lean on my husband or a wall. (I prefer my husband, though) K. Guest guest
K., I tell my husband he is my seeing eye dog. I make him hold my hand in crowds and standing in line. LOL
Guest guest
A cane or crutch is a great aid for maintaining balance while standing and walking. I can stand without support with my AFOs which have rigid support in front of the knee instead of behind the knee. However, I now need the crutch for balance when walking.
