She loves it, even though the quality isn't what Ma Bell provides. BTW, dialpad does two-way transmission, but you have to have a full duplex sound card installed on your PC. If you don't, only one person can talk at a time. The worst problem I have is the voice breaking up. I hope they are able to somehow improve that. Still for free....I LIKE IT.
