Chicken Pox Deadly?!?

Hi! I had a very strange conversation with my new neighbor. It had come up in conversation that I do not immunize my children (or my last two aren't). She is an unemployed Registered nurse and although she understood why I don't immunize she also told me that Chicken Pox have become deadly that we have become so immune to them that the virus has become much more deadly. Now, I was attached to the phone on the wall watching my dinner burn so I had to end the conversation quickly. But after I got off the phone I thought..."You mean to tell me you have seen someone die from Chicken Pox?" I was floored at the thought, because I bet a million bucks she has never seen it. Then it would help my argument that the medical field is trying to scare people into

getting immunized. She said that it was rare that they used aborted human cell line in the vaccines, it doesn't make sense to do that. She is a person that talks over you, so I let her do that, because she probably didn't want to hear my arguments. But I will let her know a thing or two about how I feel and what I think. There will be another opportunity to talk about this with her, I assure you of that!

I just want any information that you may have on her two statements that would help me sound like I know what I am talking about. I am not trying to convince her, the only thing I have to worry about is myself and my family. I am tired of people questioning my choice! Anyway, any advice would be wonderful and grately appreciated.

By the way, I love all the articles and questions being asked/answered. I am learning so much. I even felt really calm during my conversation with my neighbor because I feel that reading this vaccination thread has given me lots of good confidence to defend myself!
