There are tons of sources of information that can help you make the right

decision about when to have the next baby, and how to breastfeed, and how to

avoid another c-section.

Personally, I had to learn thru my own trial and error. I joined the

group www.ican-oline.org, as a support group to learn about how to avoid

c-section. Than during pregnancy I did a self study course called hypnobabies,

that can be found at www.hypnobabies.com. I read Ina May Gaskin, and Mind Over

Labor by Carl ...I was ready indeed for the time that I had my VBAC.

Preparation is very important. Whatever you want to do, you can research it

enough, and have your way! :)
