I was on the anti-candida diet( and basically still am)for about 6

months. Then I did my first liver flush recently, following strict

instructions from the s Moritz book. The results were pretty

amazing in that there indeed were expelled all these stones from the

liver. I was skeptical going into this procedure. I am feeling 99%

normal. I think a large part of my improvement was the diet. But I

seemed to plateau on the diet. Feeling ok, but not like I was 20

years old (digestion-wise). The liver flush has absolutely put me

over the top and back to almost normal. I still hasve a little gas.

But nothing tthat keeps me awake like before. The book clearly

stresses that one flush is not enough--there needs to be multiple

flushes to and then ongoing maintenance. I now know I'm on the right

track. Get the book. It's a life altering event. But I'd still clean

up my diet for a bit before doing the flush. I did and things went

according to plan.

Do you know if you can do this liver flush while nursing a toddler? I've done a

colonic and am doing ozone therapy.

Hi :

There's a bit of a debate about the order of cleanses, etc. I did a kidney

cleanse and a parasite cleanse and then started the liver cleansing ('ve now

done 5). I only started the bowel cleanse a couple of weeks ago (although I

did clean up my diet from the beginning - that's a must in order to get

anywhere)

Hello Frans,

Dr. Hulda is certainly not nuts.

The quackbusters did have to take their accusations back in court.

Did you ever use her *liver cleaning* ?

Without having done that, you may not have an opinion about that.

Furthermore, her bioresonance frequencies do work very well.

I can attest to that.

You obviously did not look at the corresponding pages on my website.

Dear ,

just reread the parts of the books by Hulda on her website.

Find out that the German site is run by Amrein,

scientologist. Read about scientology at

http://www.xs4all.nl/~kspaink/

That the quackbusters had to take back their accusations does not

prove that Hulda is not nuts. The 'liver cleaning' is not

invented by , it is a traditional recipe to clean your inside.

How did you find out that the zapper works?

Note that the zapper may not be a good thing for ES

people to try. I know of one person on another list

who claimed they became ES after having using a zapper.

I bought a zapper several years ago, tried it, and

it didn't seem to do anything for me, so I stopped

using it.

Frans,

As a FORMER Scientologist, I can vouch for the good people that are in

Scientology for the right reasons. There is some great technology used

as a hook to get people like me to join. Fortunately I met a few of the

higher ups that had " blown " out of Scientology and they shared some

information with me that made me immediately " blow " .

So, implying something like if you are a Scientologist means that you

are immediately not credible is a short sighted statement. I would like

us to focus on what works in both health and in our lives and not focus

on the fringe aspects that throw the baby out with the bath water.

I do use the Zapper and have seen physical results. I am not going to

try to prove that Hulda is anything, but I will say that everyone

has something to offer and it is up to each one of us to decide for

ourselves what works for ourselves.

The worst thing that can happen is for us to attack each other. That is

an old tactic used in many wars, political movements, religions, etc in

order to disintegrate a unified movement or thought concept from

within.

I enjoy having a list were people post what works and doesn't work for

themselves.

And yes, there are many different recipes for a liver cleanse or a gall

bladder flush. No patent pending on those.

Thank you Marc for keeping this conversation focused on healthy trial

and error.

Hello Frans,

you wander into sideways and get off the main road.

Dr. Hulda is a famous american doctor, who does not sell anything.

She only gives advise and writes in her numerous books.

Amrein is just somebody who is selling the products according to the

standards by Hulda .

There are several companies who sell those products.

I am not interested in the religious beliefs of all those persons. It does

not matter.

I have several books of Hulda and have read them.

I own several types of Zappers.

But I mainly use a special frequency generator which contains all the

frequencies (as well as the Royal Rife frequencies) and I am very satisfied

with their working against a great number of illnesses.

It is all on http://www.milieuziektes.nl/Pagina161.html

It is very arrogant and foolish to state that Hulda is nuts, if you

never have had any experience with it.

Bioresonance works fine and effectively.

Quackbusters are everywhere, and they are paid by the pharmaceutical

industry, who see the alternatives as a menace to their business.

A lot of drugs simply do not work, contary to alternative homeopathy.

The official trend is to kill all homeopathy.

Even as per 1 Juli 2005, a number of five thousand food supplements are

forbidden to be sold in Europe, by law from Brussels.

Because Vitamins can heal you, and that is not what the general policy has

in mind.

Antibiotics only work in ca 8 % of the cases. Colliodal Silver works much

better.

After 9/11, the danger of Anthrax loomed and the Americans wanted Bayer to

make their patents free so that US companies could also make a special drug.

But many found that CZ is a very cheap alternative.

Then the FDA regarded the CS as a drug and in the US nobody was allowed

anymore to offer it for sale on the US websites.

I also make CS myself and am very satisfied with the results.

So it is no fairytale that CS works fine.

There are many things in the environment that you could be allergic in

addition to mites, parasites, bacteria, etc. can cause those reactions.

With out knowing more about the specific symptoms or conditions, your

body is in a reaction for a good reason. Remove as many chemicals as

you can from your life like from soaps, make-up, cleaners, laundry

detergent, softeners, etc. If your body friend has an apartment or new

house, the carpets, paint, wall could be " off gassing " chemicals.

In any case, you have got to get your liver, kidneys, lymphatic system

in top shape to deal with the environment. In addition to cleanses,

building and boosting your immune system is crucial to surviving and

flourishing.

Experiment with sleeping another place for a night or two and see if

the symptoms change. Trouble shoot this until you can recognize the

" causative " factors. Pets?

my best to you,

Jill,

High level of antioxidants can help with inflamation in many cases.

Immunocal HMS-90 (www.viruscontrols.com) has helped me from chemical

toxicity with heavy meds. It is a great detoxifier/antioxidant and builds

strong immune system.

Hulda s formula is basically what I've used. Nothing to eat after noon. One

tablespoon of epsom salts in a glass of water at 6pm, 8pm, then a cup of fresh

squeezed pulpless grapefruit juice mixed with one cup of olive oil at 10pm. Lie

down on your back immediately with a pillow under your head & go to sleep. When

you first wake up in the morning another glass of epsom salts, & a last one 2

hours later. Then crap out everything in you.

I'd like to add to that 3 to 5 days prior to the Oil ceremony, drink a

quart or more of organic apple juice (pectin) and 90-135 drops or Ortho

PHOS drops a day in addition to regular meals. This softens the stones

into a puddy like state so they don't get stuck or tear your insides as

the move out.

A colon cleanse before and after the process is especially helpful to

make sure nothing gets stuck.

Of course, rebuild the intestinal bacteria and an extra would be to zap

the parasites before the cleanse so they release hold of the metals,

open the tubes and are flushed out.

Hi Susie:

Welcome to our friendly helpful group and thanks for sharing your

story with us. We can all identify with your history, your suffering

and your quest for answers.

Like Carol suggests please do read my article " How to Successfully

Overcome Candida " - it will give you the basic understanding of what

we recommend, and may tell you some things you might not know.

>So it's a relief to feel on the right track finally! I'm determined

>to beat this thing!

You go girl! You can do it!

>

> My question - I had planned to do a liver flush while I'm off, but

>I'm a bit nervous. I was planning to do the oil, lemon & epsom salts

>one and was hoping to hear from people who have done this if you

>don't mind. Firstly, to make sure it feels safe and that you have

>noticed positive outcomes in terms of really feeling more healthy.

IMHO it is a very questionable procedure. I think the stuff you take

creates soapstones, which do not come from the liver or gall

bladder. The bile duct is varies in size from .3 to 1.5 cm. so even

with drinking epsom salts to relax it is physically impossible to pas

a 1 inch. stone.

The liver will normalize as you treat candida, and it mostly needs

good " saturated " fats like coconut oil, butter, animal meats with

natural fats, etc., plus omega-3 essential fatty acid (from fish old

or cod liver oil), oil soluble vitamins A, E and D, good sea salt,

etc. - well you'll find all of this explained in the article.

What symptoms do you have that make you feel you need a liver flush?

Maybe we can give you some help for it.

We're glad you joined. We're here to answer any questions once you

get through the article.

Dear Penny,

While I do appreciate your time and effort in trying to convince me,

the jury is still out on this one. I have read a ton of information

about liver flushes and the testimonials. I've also studied

extensively on how the body works, including the liver. So I still

can't see how 1 inch sized stones are coming from the liver or gall

bladder and moving through a bile duct that is only .3 - 1.5

centimeters in size. It is physically impossible. My sister is a

nurse and very holistic too, but she agrees it is physically

impossible.

However, the amount of olive oil and lemon juice would flush the

liver, which would improve health and give a great feeling of relief,

just like enemas do. Olive oil stimulates dumping of bile, and it is

also used by the liver to create bile and cholesterol. Lemon

stimulates the liver to dump toxins and decongests it.

In checking the history of liver flushes I found that " the original "

liver flushes were always enemas, that is why they are called " liver

flushes " and not " stone flushes " .

Liver flushes may be beneficial but they seem unnecessarily harsh to me if

not needed.

Chemotherapy is a very harsh treatment that can get rid of

cancer. I have read many sources that indicate a gentle, natural remedy

will also get rid of cancer. If I had my choice, I'd take the latter,

even if it took longer.

I've shied away from liver flushes for the same reason. I've also had the

concern, which goes along with what Bee mentioned, that if a stone is so

big it can't get through the bile duct, it could cause a serious condition

or even death. I don't know that much about it, but there has to be a

gentler remedy.

I've followed Bee's recommendations for about 8 months now and I see the

light at the end of the tunnel. I think being gentle on my body has, in

the long run, helped it.

Hi . It's good to hear from you. I do not believe in liver

flushes, and do not recommend them. I believe they can also be very

damaging. You are better off doing the diet completely with lots

of " good " fats, i.e. coconut oil and butter, which will help your

liver immensely, improve digestion, and nourish every cell in your

body as well. Adding good fats gradually is also easier on the

liver. The liver needs these fats to make cholesterol and it makes

bile from cholesterol, salts and minerals (contained in ocean sea

salts). Cells are hydrated with good fats as well. Your brain is

80% cholesterol.

If you read my article you'll get a wealth of knowledge about good

fats, protein, nutrient-dense foods, etc. - in the Files on the left.

Morning Everyone,

I was drawn to the QXCI in the beginning because I had

HepC myself. I've been treating it by ALT protocols for years.

And I will add with great success - 100% normal liver functions

AST 21 & ALT 31. And I agree detoxing the liver is very

important along with building up the immune system. And the

strongest detoxifyer of the liver- its own natural glutathione.

Fresh lemon in your water will help create its own

Glutathione naturally. Don't waste your money on Glutathione

supplements... Its the most potent liver detoxer there is

when its in its natural form. I have a web site set up

sharing many of the Antioxidants & diet tips that support

healthier liver functions ie: Microhydrin Plus, Immune 360 which

contains Beta-Glucans, Larch Birch, Phycotene, Aloe Vera & more.

And then there's Spirulina , Milk thistle, and an excellent

Liver & Gallbladder support & cleanser is Artichoke Clusters.

*Personally* Having a gallstone show up on Ultrasounds - I'm

cautious using flushes myself - not sure I'd want any of those

stones breaking up/down and getting caught in a bile duct -

ouch!

But if you know you don't have galbladder issues go for it!

Hope this helps!

There's nothing like just plain fresh squeezed lemon in

your drinking water = super potent liver flush.

Love,

Yes, the liver flushes may make all the difference to

detoxifying

because the more hepatic stones you have the less bile flow

there can

be. Bile flow is essential for the liver to purge the bulk of

the

toxins into the stool, rather than recirculating them into the

body.

The second part of the detoxification core is supplying the

cold-

processed whey that the liver will use to make glutathione, the

master antioxidant and detoxifer. This is so the liver is well-

supported while breaking the rest of the toxins it can break.

The

liver is the biggest user of glutathione.

I've always used red, I've never been able to get pink

grapefruit at my market, I don't know why. In The Cure

for HIV/AIDS, Dr. mentions that you may

substitute fresh lemon instead of grapefruit. I have

not been able to find her reference to pink

grapefruit, I think it is in her first book which I've

loaned out. I've never had a problem with red and had

much success after three cleanses.

Hi Folks:

My kids are into there 4th week of the kidney cleanse and I am planning the

Liver Cleanse for Thanksgiving weekend. Can anyone share with me if there is

any pain or discomfort. I want to know what to expect for the kids. My friend

had told me that the epsom salt makes the diaherria burn. Is that true? I am

planning on cutting the dosage in 1/2 which is what I did with the kidney

cleanse and they have been fine with it. Any other suggestions?

Thanks, Holly

Epsom salts do not make diarrhea burn at all. But keep an eye on the

storm that it creates, because it is possible to become dehydrated from the

diarrhea. Adjust dosages accordingly. For children, half-doses sound good.

For best results, ensure that you have all been treated for parasites.

You should either zap daily for the week leading up to the cleanse or if you

are on the maintenance program, you are ready anytime. Parasites in the

liver can hinder success and in a worst-case scenario, cause a lodged stone

in one of your bile ducts. This is very unlikely, but has happened.

Don't be intimidated, you're doing great!

Good luck,

Ken

You will want to make sure everyone has their own toilet. They will not be

able to wait in line. It does not burn but can after a while cause

irritation like blowing your nose a lot. I recommend ozonated olive oil or

vitamin E or something natural to help. Don't wait until they are already

sore. I have not had my kids do it yet. I just did it myself. Let us know

how it goes with the kids. They play so many sports there has just been no

free weekend.
