Hi Judy,

Which antibiotic did you use during your healing time including the dose and how many times per day. I just bought the regular 1500mg MSM tabs but next time I will get the one with the extra stuff in it. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, . I'm over it now. I am just waiting to get tested and

be able to rub it on their face. I will go back to every doctor that

humiliated me or wanted to give me an anti-psychotic, and I will ask

them for my money back, lol. I know I won't get it; what I will get

is the satisfaction of showing them how they ripped me off.

This experience is so over the top we are grasping at

straws, so how were we to know who would help?

Thanks, Marie. I know those tests are unreliable. My

father got

angry when he found out he had spent $200 in something

unreliable,

but I just didn't know at the time.

My whole family began thinking that this was all mental

after the

$%#$ dermatologist and psychiatrist I saw tried to treat

me

for delusions and prescribed anti-psychotics.

I think those doctors were just a curse.. the cost, they

treated

nothing, and they convinced everyone that I had nothing.

It was

probably a big mistake to have gone to see them in the

first place.

But once I save enough, I will get testing at Metametrix

labs and

lab corp, and if I find I have this

bacteria+fungus+monsters, I will

shove it on everyone's faces. I even feel like going

back to the ER

where the doctor who saw me sent me straight to the

psychiatric ER.

Thanks.

I took Bactrim (two rounds) which I believe has sulphur in it. I'm sorry I don't recall the dosage but it was the standard prescribed by my physician for an upper respiratory infection. We also had been maintaining all the other protocols so it's impossible to put this in perspective, but it seemed that I turned the corner right after taking the Bactrim. The MSM is the significant ingredient of the tablet I was taking as far as it relates to our mutual battle - the glucosamine and chrondroitin are considered helpful to maintaining joint health and I had been taking that for arthritis, but not all joint compounds contain MSM. You're already getting the benefit of the MSM with the tablets you're taking, so you wouldn't need the glucosamine/chondroitin unless you have arthritis or are concerned about joint health and want to take something for that.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. I'm sure not an expert on this - just bumbling my way thru like everyone else - but have gradually reached a level of peace and praying it continues. There are others on this forum that are more knowledgeable and most of the things we tried have been discussed, but if you'd like to know which ones worked best for us, I'd be happy to list them for you.

Wishing you the very best,

Judy

Hi LynnI was thinking the same thing about the skunk smell. It does seem to open the lungs. Good story too. I think we were close to bug free, but not 100%. We're still not too buggy, but I do have a few stragglers. I know stragglers can turn into a whole colony, so have to just keep up with certain protocols. Also, I believe if I'm still getting "bites" I am being reinfected with Lyme all the time. I do believe these are nano lab produced... Hugs dear. Re: How to get rid of the sulfur smell?

Hi I too love skunk smell. I do not know why though. Glad I am not as weird as I thought even though I am told a time or two that I am eccentric. My ex had a grandfather with Emphacema of the lungs. (sp). He could not sleep because he was near death door. He would slightly snooze sitting up wearing his oxygen nose peice. Well they lived in the desert near the hills in a moble home. Sknuks would try to live under there someitmes. He loved it. When one would let off a bomb of smell he would quickly go outside and enhale as much as he could. It was they only time he could breath without consicously thinking breath in breath out. I had always wanted sciense to experiment with that and find out what chemical was in that skunk chemical spray that would open up lungs like that. feel stupid for asking, but have you been bug free before? In Light Lynn> > > > > > > > >> > > > > > > > > Hi everyone,> > > > > > > > >> > > > > > > > > Following the advice of some folks> > here, I used flower of sulfur for a> > > > > > > > > while. Hi Lynn,

I only spoke with the guy for a few minutes, so from what I

understood, he feels crawlings and itching, especially at night. But I

don't know many details. I called from skype and the communication

wasn't very good, so all I could gather was that 2 weeks after being

in my apartment, he began feeling this.

He said at first he didn't believe me when I said there was something

in there, but that now he's feeling it too.. I think the biggest

infestation was in my bedroom, so when I left it I probably left the

biggest part of the problem.

While emptying that apt, I took a break to see my friends and they

began scratching a lot. I actually always noticed people scratching

around me, but very mild. Like, sitting at the subway next to a

co-worker, she'd start scratching her leg, another her hair, etc. It

was always something. But this was major, they would scratch every 5

seconds..

Lynn,

Will be happy to send you a copy of my protocol - It is in Microsoft Word format - can you open that? If you can e-mail me directly with your e-mail address, I'll be glad to do this.

Re: How to get rid of the sulfur smell?

Hi JudyDo you have a file here at birdmites that one could look at to see your whole protocal. Some of the newbsy might want to try it. Thank you. So glad you are still free of this mess. Mr. Commen sense got free of this earlier this year and then came back down with it, but is out again and safe so far. I am nearly out, but seem to be stuck at times. Take care. Wonder if Rita is still free after her last re-infestation.In Light Lynn> > > >> > > > Hi everyone,> > > >> > > > Following the advice of some folks here, I used flower of sulfur for a> > > > while. Lynn, I meant to mention that I also think of Rita often and hope she is well. I sure wish she'd post to let us hear from her - she was such an inspiration and so helpful to all of us!

I spoke to Rita on the phone a little while back, I called her cuz I missed her

so much. She sounded very well. I wish she would continue to post as well, I

also celebrate that she is busy doing her life with her husband, kids, grandkids

and not battling this crazies 100% of the time any more... I can't wait to have

a life again. The file she posted in the file section is helpful too.

Yes, Jess

I am awaiting results from lyme test, biopsy of swollen hair follicle of the scalp, ANA, stool for Ova and parasites and a few others. Had a root canal apx. one year ago from the recent posts about dental work thinking about getting a tooth extraction.

Hi McRae, Sorry to hear you're going through this hell too. Have you considered getting tested by one of the top labs? That is my next step.. I'm not seeing a single doctor again until I get these tests done. I just need to save--I moved back home to México because I was going crazy, my life had become cleaning, spraying, bathing, and staying up all night to clean more.. I spent all my money in organic cleaners, soaps, supplements, etc, and I kept seeing the monster everywhere I went... so it was a nightmare. As soon as I get a job and start saving, I will have these tests done and will report back on the results. This website is very helpful to find the kind of testing, supplements and other info that can help you heal: http://morgellonsfocusonhealth.com/I'm quoting one of the parts I found most

informative:"There began emerging common patterns among Morgellons sufferers—one that became evident was that each person sharing their experience had differing immune system compromises. Each seemed to remember a time when their bodies had suffered a hit to their immune systems—a spider bite, a tick bite, extreme stress, radiation, chemotherapy, a mosquito bite, or an infestation of mites. Along with the immune compromise it became apparent that the compound levels of the body system were also not balanced, we were seeing acidic systems, low adrenals, low thyroid, low cortisol, etc... This led to a search for articles about the immune system, body PH or anything which pertained to what we saw happening to Morgellons sufferers. Burgstiner joined in with research and to help educate people to 'smart' health advocates.

It became apparent that everyone seemed to have a really hard time finding doctors—just as I had, so I systematically began calling practitioners of Integrative Medicine to educate them about Morgellons and ask if they would see patients. I felt guided in a new direction and created my own website.

This was when I connected with Guberti, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who was associated with Clayton college of Natural medicine. She knew of Morgellons and suggested right away that we as a community could really benefit from 'Nutritional Testing.' She went on to elaborate about The Great Plains Organics Acid (OAT) and Comprehensive Stool test, sharing that they looked for and measured bacterial and fungal load as well as 72 other compound levels in the body, as well as looking for 22 parasites

I hear you - that fear has been with us for so long - our isolation was broken when one son, determined to convince us that we didn't have bugs, spent the night with us. I feared he would take them back with him but he didn't and has been back a few times since. The greatest risk we took was allowing our grandbaby here for a day - we took every precaution, and she's fine. Can't tell you the angst over that! We still aren't comfortable with overnights - that seems to me the biggest risk because they would go to wherever they go during the day, but I'm even feeling more relaxed about this now. My sister-in-law got this from us during our initial infestation (we didn't know - thought it was fleas of course, and even though I told her about them she insisted on spending the night because it was during Hurricane Ike and she didn't want to stay in her home alone). She visits her daughter and family in CA for weeks at a time - and has not spread it to them, so I'm sure you didn't leave them anything on your trip! I think we eventually reach a point where such close contact is safe. I'm considering a trip to WV maybe next month, to spend sometime with my son and grandchildren who I've missed terribly, and I finally feel o.k. to do this. So I think we're on the road to feeling a bit more like human beings.
