Amongst many things that I have done...Im also an RVT (Reg vet tech)....Dont worry about the blood in her stool too much...that can easily be that she has eaten something that does not agree with her. Ex...if she eats dog food and she has slipped some table food in. If she has picked up any worms...a dewormer will fix that as well. As long as puppy resolves in a few days and there is no vomiting or minimal she will probably be just fine.....let me know what the vet says. Metronidazole can go along way of some upset tummies though! If the symptoms persist...than I would look into doing some xrays...because if puppy ate a toy...you can have a problem.

Yesterday Liv and I were talking about what a fun, rewarding job that

would be! Do you enjoy your work? I really appreciate this info .

I was so worried yesterday...Its just Liv and I in the house and we are so

close to the animals we have! The vet said she thought it was something

she ate and she gave us a wks worth of antiobiotics and is having me

feeding her sweet potato to firm it up a bit. It appears to be working

and BB is acting completely normal. Her stool is getting back to normal

in consistency and color so I think we are heading in the right direction.

I shouldnt have posted on CAST, but wasnt really thinkin about anything

except BB at that moment! Oops.

Thanks for chimin in about it!

For those that have had to buy SR pictures for your high school

pictures, how much did you pay?

a bit behind.

A quick update/weigh in...

I weighed in Monday and lost another pound! I'm down a total of

28-38lbs, I think (had to replace my scale, so it's really hard to

say). I know I'm down two pants sizes, a bra size, and a full shirt

size--and I'm thrilled about those things :-)

Sometimes I wish the scale would move a little faster (seeing as I have

lots more to lose!), but I'm learning to have patience with myself.

Also, I stuck to my plan over Easter weekend--woo hoo! That's pretty

huge for me :)

Cheers,

Bonnie

Schools around here offer free sittings, but then charge $85+ for an 8x10. And

truthfully, they aren't much better than a standard school photo, in my opinion.

If you're talking independent professional photographer*, it starts at $350 and

goes up to $1800 (again, around here). It depends if they offer a disc with

high res images and copyright release or if you are expected to purchase prints

through them. If you're looking for someone like this, I'd advise you to look

through every photo in the person's portfolio on a full size computer

screen--NOT your cell phone screen. If you like what you see, hire away! :)

Cheers,

Bonnie

*I happen to be an independent professional photographer. :)

Went to my primary doc a few days ago and did the usual testing. Results to follow including UA. My question. At 52 besides hiv I also have a neurological disease, called HSP diag 334.1 if anyone wants to look it up. if I'm going to pee often and the bladder still feels full, etc. is that the job or a urologist or a neurologist to address? Prostate is normal and I sleep thru the night.. Just not sure which kind of doc would address this concern.. thanks..
