Guest guest Posted April 2, 2008 Report Share Posted April 2, 2008 I watched Biggest Loser last night. They had a tri athelon. It was amazing to see how good they felt at the end. AND it got me thinking. MIND you I was on medication at the time. LOL Pain meds. LOL One of them made a comment that it was great because they pushed themselves past when they thought they were going to give up. Do you push yourselves enough? For me the answer is NO. When planning exercise it is just enough. BUT I remember back to last year when I started walking and I would just go a little further everyday and BAM I was up to 3 miles. I need to do this again. Almost like they did BUT not in a tri athelon. So my motto for April is PUSH YOURSELF... So I will push myself to get an exercise tape out and do it. Journaling will come in handy with this new goal.
