Guest guest
this def could be hpylori. its known for knawing sensation. its often treated with abx, but many crave dairy and " soothing " : jell type foods. many formulas often carry carnosine in it to treat it. DGL by pure will help cut the acid. the acid can back up into the esophagus, and create scary heart issues. there is a breath test for it. Misty Severe Hunger pangs, but not hungry Desperately seeking answers. For a few years now, hunger pangs, arrythmia, weakness, etc... The only thing that seems to help are cheese and lamb. High protein, and lamb high in L Carnitine, etc... I tried taking L-Carnitine, prescribed by my GP, it was of little help. Tests show mitochondrial dysfunction and I wondering if there is some sort of protein metabolic dysfunction as well. Thanks for input. Have you been seen at a teaching hospital clinic? One should never assume everything is related to CFS. That's a mistake too many people make. I can think of a number of serious conditions with those symptoms. You need to be seen by a specialist, not a GP, to rule out serious problems and get to the root of it all. Once other things are ruled out, then it would be wise to be seen by a CFS expert such as Klimas, M.D. Jeri <teewinot13@...> @>--->---->-------------------<----<---<@ Dr. Pall's NO/ONOO- Theory/Treatment Discussion Group: TenthParadigmSociety @>----------<---------->-----------------------<----------<----------<@ The Tenth Paradigm - Dr. Pall's Website for CFS/MCS/FM/ETC.: http://www.thetenthparadigm.org @>----------<---------->-----------------------<----------<----------<@ MCS-Florida - For All Chemically Sensitive Floridians MCS-Florida
Guest guest
Good thinking, h pylori (private test) was negative. The " hunger pangs " are severe, to the point, that if I don't eat high protein lamb, it causes serious symptoms. I need to keep looking because, the heart literally goes into spasms... Blood tests (which are not reliable) for potassium, magnesium, sodium are normal, as are for B12. I am low on folate, but can't tolerate folinic acid, will try folic acid instead. > > > this def could be hpylori. its known for knawing sensation. > > its often treated with abx, but many crave dairy and " soothing " : jell type foods. > > many formulas often carry carnosine in it to treat it. > > DGL by pure will help cut the acid. > > the acid can back up into the esophagus, and create scary heart issues. > there is a breath test for it. > > Misty > > > > > > > Severe Hunger pangs, but not hungry > > > > > > Desperately seeking answers. > > For a few years now, hunger pangs, arrythmia, > weakness, etc...
