Guest guest
Jim I just started working on it.If you think sympathetic nervous system activation is important and if you are persistant i think it might help. Persistance is very important.my thought is that it is combination of self hypnosis and NLP. Good luck. cindi Re: Has Anyone Tried Gupta Amygdala Retraining Program? > Hi, > > It's been 4 days and no one has yet replied to my original post. Guest guest
I'm on day 2 of the program.. I've developed severe anxiety to certain situations. I've tried " tapping " , EFT and hypnotherapy with little success. I've got nothing to lose but another $200. I'm giving it a go! I have a friend who went from bed-bound, could barely walk to her buying a new house, renovating it and she's getting married next week. She thinks it has a lot to do with her recovery. I'm sure everyone is different but a lot of what Gupta says rings true for me. There are a few points that I'm not completely convinced on, but along with other therapies I'm doing, I hope to at least get rid of some of the anxiety. Having full blown panic attacks, to the point where you think you're going to die if you don't get out of where ever you are, is not fun. I'm a prisoner in my own body and mind and it's got to stop! This is not the person I used to be. Wendi Carrillo From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of naturefreak2002 Sent: Monday, May 18, 2009 3:06 PM Subject: Re: Has Anyone Tried Gupta Amygdala Retraining Program? Guest guest
My friend def has post-exertional fatigue. Luckily, she's on disability and gets to rest up as often as possible. Brain fog is also an issue. She's apparently had CFS for many years but became bed bound a couple years back. Her muscles are just know coming back; it's truly wonderful. Hoping I get relief from the over stimulation from adrenaline. Guest guest
GABA stopped my panic disorder. Hope it will help you also. However, its also very important in my case to avoid toxic chemicals which give me heart palpitations. I recommend reading some of Dr. Sherry books where she explains things about this problem. www.childrensbooksbykarenandrobyn.com From: Wendi Carrillo <tres_gatos87801@...> Subject: RE: Re: Has Anyone Tried Gupta Amygdala Retraining Program?
