With the right kind of info and support you will have a good supply, for your baby and for your twins. My sister drank her own milk and cured her hay fever with it. The more milk you can express for your twins, the better as it will really boost their immune system at any age. This is such a wonderful way to supplement their diet, when you have the next baby. Look for support from good breastfeeding organizations like La Leche League http://www.lalecheleague.org/WebUS.html as this will be invaluable for getting good support.
