Guest guest
, from your mouth to God's ears I wish I was 117. Did I post it wrong? My starting weight was 317 but my highest registered with my doctor in May was 320 AND she reminded me that I've put on 20 pounds a year in the three years she's known me! Down to 315.8 on Monday of this week. Am going to keep busy....between work and gym and now volunteering at my local cat shelter (brought a beautiful one home to foster today...only has one eye...but such a personable little character) I'll be getting lots of exercise to offset my job sitting at a dispatch desk all day. LOL I know this had to be a typo or something. And that soup sounds so good. Makes me wanna go cook a big ole pot of it. Hi everyone...hope Monday was good for you. Guest guest
LOL, I thought that had to be a typo. I was thinking that if you thought that 117 pounds was over weight then you have more problems then you thought. I was at my highest weight too the last time I went to my doctor. I'm kinda looking forward to going back now just so I can see her reaction to me actually losing some:) And congrats on getting a new cat. I could not possible work in a animal shelter. I would be bringing home every animal that came in. I don't think there is a animal that I wouldn't want. , from your mouth to God's ears I wish I was 117. Did I post it wrong? Guest guest
, My doctor who until now had been very soft on me about my weight, commiserating and telling me she understands how difficult it is really let me have it last time. That spurred me into action to. Knowing the list of things that can kill me right now and actually hearing them spelled out...in all their gory details...that's motivation right there! Actually the kitty with one eye will probably be a permanent part of our little family....she is such a lap cat which my husband loves. We've named her Captain ...after the pirate...but also because is a girl's name and we could't think of a female pirate....any help here from the list would be great. It also helps to work in our shelter because it is a no kill facility - so I know unless they get adopted I'll be seeing them all most every day.
