Hello everyone how are you all doing??? Im doing pretty good. I just got home from the gym. I did 25 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 minutes on the bike. I was going to do the treadmill also but after I got done with the cross trainer I was getting light headed and dizzy so I thought I better not start the treadmill. But Im planning on going to the gym earlier tomorrow so I can do the treadmill and then go back in the evening to do the cross trainer and the bike. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
