February 7, 2006 Egg & Asparagus Frittata ½ Asian Pear 4 oz of sliced turkey 4 lettuce leaves tsp mayo &

tsp mustard 1 cup macaroni noodles 4 oz of chicken 1 oz of mozzarella 1 mile of walking 45 minutes of aerobic dance I love the library! I love the library so much that I’ve turned in a volunteer application. I figure that since I spend so much time there. I might as well volunteer for four hours a week there. It will give me even more reason to walk my behind off. I’ll have to see how many steps I do when I’m putting away books and DVDs. Anyways the library is a great source for exercise dvd’s. Once you find a copy that you like, I would suggest that you buy a personal copy because most of the time the library DVD’s get broken or scratched up.

I wish I could start something like Netflix and have it just consist of exercise DVD’s. That way people could have a large selection of exercise videos to choose from. Netflix already has this service and has licensing on it anyways. So, I’m not going to bother. I have 200 pounds to lose, so I don’t have time. In two weeks, I am going to be 34 years old. I thought back to what I achieved in my life and realized how the years have flown by. I should have dropped this weight years ago but I was lazy and I liked food too much. So my goal for February is to work out twice a day. I’m not going to make the time of day mandatory but I want to get at least an hour and half of exercise

done.
