There is no use talking to him. He has a lot of panic and anxiety problems, he doesn't believe anything unless he reads it in the paper or he sees it on the news. I don't even bother trying to educate him, it would be easier to attempt to turn him straight. If he even had a slight suspicion that I didn't vaccinate my kids anymore, he would literally stress himself into a heart attack or stroke. I am not exaggerating. Here is what he emailed me: " Cool, I got my flu shot today.. they lowered it to 50 yo and above, I got the one of the last 3 doses. I'm special! " I felt like writing back, good for you! You got poisoned! Anyway, I am now worried, because we are celebrating Christmas with him on Thursday night. Should I be worried about us catching something from him? Should we be doing anything to boost immunity before then? Whether they really have 'the flu' or just other symptoms due to the effect on the immune system of the vaccine, ----who knows? Vitamin C is always a good thing at this time of year Use the dosage info I have sent out before - give it spaced out in the day. I've found out vitamin C goes from the body in 4-6 hours or so. So do the daily dose in 2 or 3 doses (split up). And healthy food - HAH, at this time of year. Just have fun!
