Guest guest
Well Mel. I was counting calories but got off track again. That's the only thing that helped me before. So I have to get back to what worked. Tina
Guest guest
I do - sort of, it's almost a combo of the foodmover (commited to memory LOL) and counting. If I don't plan out the day - I know 500 cal for breakfast - 500 for lunch - 700 for dinner. I use fitday or latley sparkpeople to track as I go through the day. So far this go around I've gone from 327 to 303.4 --- Melody <melody1181@...> wrote: > I was just curious if any of ya'll did. > > That seems to be working for me very well. > Also have cut out allot of > processed flours and such. > > Just a wondering ) > > > > Live, Love, Laugh
Guest guest
Yes - I count calories - after trying it all this is what seems to work the best for me. I try to stay around 1500 - 1800 a day. That way, if I have a big craving, I can satisfy it and pay the piper that same day. Of course only do that occasionally!Melody <melody1181@...> wrote: I was just curious if any of ya'll did.Carol Ann Photos – Showcase holiday pictures in hardcover Photo Books. Guest guest
That's what I'm doing. I write down everything I eat/drink and figure the calories. I also try to figure about how many calories I burned for the day. I'd love to have one of those heart monitors as I think that would be more accurate in how many calories I burned. Guest guest
I am counting calories -- althought the past couple of weeks I haven't been real good at doing it. Both my dietitian & my weight-loss doc tell me that the only things that I need to know about losing weight is 1) eat less & 2) move more. Guest guest
I've done both fitday.com & calorieking.com. I have found that www.calorieking.com works best for me. I have PC version & am a member of the on-line group as well. Dacia <>< The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. Guest guest
Well, my doc has done & continues to do the same program that I am doing. He has lost weight on it -- continues with the same struggles that I do. So, I do figure he knows what he is talking about. Dacia <>< The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. Guest guest
Melody, I've been doing the same thing. I count calories on my computer and I have been trying to cut out all processed food out of my diet. It's not easy because most of the grocery store is made of processed food. Keep on track! www.geocities.com/remaking_me Melody <melody1181@...> wrote: I was just curious if any of ya'll did. That seems to be working for me very well.
