Guest guest
>I regret it now. My legs hurt and I must not have had my boots tied tight. Got blisters on both feet. A nice long soak in Epsom salts will make those poor tootsies feel a bit better. Be sure to repeat it every few hours (Well, if you *can* that is.) Are you supposed to get the snow this weekend that's supposed to come our way? > Now it is hard to wear anything. When I used to do a lot of walking for fitness (about 5 miles a day, but this goes back about 15 years ago) I would get blisters so easy because I could rarely find a well-fitting pair of walking shoes. I had extra thick socks, cushioned insoles, heel protectors - the works - and still I got them. Once I *did* they would take about a week to clear up enough before I could go out walking again. I hope you heal faster than I did and are back to normal in a day or so. Sue in NJ
