Guest guest
Should NOT be that much more expensive - I never found it to be. I've send a bunch of info to the list before on how to find a dentist and more I'll send to you privately Sheri At 03:15 AM 11/24/2004 -0000, you wrote: > > >Just wondering what anyone knows about filling options. Guest guest
I don't remember the exact prices of both, but I just had some done. My insurance company paid what it would have cost for amalgams, then I had to pay the difference. I think I ended up paying about $15 per tooth, give or take a couple of dollars. It wasn't bad at all. Sara " They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country or our people. And neither do we. " W. Bush Re: Dental Help needed ASAP. Guest guest
I agree 100%! They also look much nicer than a mouth full of silver and you don't get that metallic taste! Guest guest
I had 3 composites put in my dd this past March. I don't recall how much I paid through the insurance. I could have gotten amalgam fillings for freethrough state medical, but no way! Regardless of the cost it is worth the peace of mind to not put amalgams in. It wasn't bad at all.Just ask the dentist for costs. I went to 3 different dentists with my dd and *drilled* the hell out of each on filling material and costs. Doctors and dentists hate me.
