Sandy, you're right about every 3 months. Here's what I

found on a government site. These petitions are from 7-1 to

9-30-03. FIVE HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN CHILDREN. And this is

within the restrictions that you mentioned . Good

point, I will definitely keep that in mind.

website. I have people who are so enamored with our g'ment

Great, just great. I can't get it to work either. Figures.

I'll see if I can find it again, dang it all. I have such

a hard time finding things on .gov websites. I have no

idea how I finally found it, oh well, if you don't hear from

me, you'll know lost in a quagmire of g'ment red tape :-)
