Guest guest Posted September 4, 2004 Report Share Posted September 4, 2004 They are climbing up the walls.My daughter found a few in her bed where the dog sometimes sleeps .We've seen about 25 total. Yes, I'm sure the dog probably brought them in .The problem is they are now in the house. I believe they are 'brown dog ticks'and can survive a long time in the house(even without a host) and breed . I'm going to take one to a vet to make sure of what it is then try to figure out what to do next.
