I've got a very sore throat especially where it meets the inside of my ears

(is there a way to tell if it's strep without going to the doctor for a

swab?) and probably a sinus infection worse on the left side. I had a cold

I personally don't worry about strep, just use homeopathy, but up to you

I will send homeopathic info that may be helpful. Not the best way to find

a remedy, but better than nothing and often will work
