And she better be sure NO ONE LEAVES that baby alone or he/she will get vit k, eye gunk & hep b vax. She should have a birth plan and all of this written up and in the chart. The nurses tried to tell me it was law and I said " bring me the waivers " and they said " okay " with an eye roll. We also didn't let her out of our sight for 2 seconds. I've been told the same crap by the nurses, but have been told later by others there are waivers that you can sign, wish I knew that before. She told them that it is against the law for them to do anythign to their baby that violates their religious belief.
