Guest guest
Hi all, Well I am thinking of changing my weigh in day's to Monday since there are not alot of people here weighing in on Friday's. I like Fridays because it is easier for me to remember, and we normally have bigger foods over the weekends and I can work on getting anything I may have added over the weekend off and then some. Anyhow... on one other list I'm on (only 28 members) almost everyone weighs in on Monday's so I have been doing that with them. My problem is now trying to remember what I weighed on Friday here for weigh in and what I weighed in there on Monday, then I get confused as to which was which and how much I " ve lost per group. Soooo *that* having been said I believe my weigh in here last week was the same as the week before at 374 and I'm now down to 370lbs so a loss of 4 lbs, only 8 more to go and I'll be back to my low in December before the holidays. I will post later how my brothers surgey went. It is scheduled for 2:45pm and I will probablly be off the computer for most of the late afternoon waiting for a phone call telling me how things went. Thanks again for all the thoughts and prayers! a

Well, this list has no official weigh-in's, so whatever day you wish to report on is fine. >Soooo *that* having > been said I believe my weigh in here last week was the same as the > week before at 374 and I'm now down to 370lbs so a loss of 4 lbs, Great start! And this is without much exercise, right, just a return to healthy eating? > I will post later how my brothers surgey went. Okay, now I'm missing mail, or have a really bad memory. What surgery? I'll see what works best for me though > Great start! And this is without much exercise, right, just a return to > healthy eating? > Yep.. just eating better is all, I have done a little more around the house, but not alot. I have gotten all of my laundry washed (maybe one load from today) and have been keeping it up with this cold snap I can use all the free heat I can get so I've been making everyone put all their close at the end of the day in the washer (unless it is something that will bleed). Anyhow... I'm still not back to s plan, but I am eating better. > > Okay, now I'm missing mail, or have a really bad memory. What surgery? > Don't know which LOL.... he has the tumor on his kidney and they are going to try to remove just the tumor, but since it is close to the base of the kidney where the ureters (sp) attach they may end up having to take the whole thing. As it turns out he has resigned himslef to losing the entire kidney. That isn't too bad since we all know people can live with just one kidney, but the Dr said they are 80% sure it is cancerous. The CScan didn't show any metastasis but they don't always show it. Sooo anyhow I will update when I get any info. a who's just checkin in
