Ours uses free standing partitions within the main room....still allows privacy for being weighed and the other members all respect each others distance. Guess it boils down to what people are comfortable with. If no one complains about this open air weigh in, I don't expect it will ever change.... Guest guest
>They have always weighted you separately, in a partioned off area, where it was just you and the leader. They did have a scale out front if you were in a hurry, but the read out was behind the counter It must just have to do with the physical layout of the meeting place. Hubby said where he works now they have weekly WW meetings right in the cafeteria during lunch time, and the scale is brought out and set right there in the room where everyone walking past can see. The same thing is done in our city hall's meetings - they use one of the conference rooms and the scale is right in the same room. I suppose if WW rented a whole suite of offices the could use one of them to do weigh-in's, but in these little meetings, that scale is right out there for all to witness.
