Hi , I don't think it is very rare for that age at all! Children

between 3 and 6 can have all kinds of stresses hit them at those

ages. Preschool, maybe parents getting new jobs. My son is 4 1/2, and

my brother is dying of cancer. He knows he is very sick, and heard us

mention dying. He is now talking about it quite a bit, and he has

daytime frequent urination. I mean sometimes up to 5 to 6 times an

hour, but not at night. His preschool teacher has also told us about

it.

Here is a link on it.

I'm sure OCD type behavior can also crop up. I'm not saying vaccines

do not play a part, because my son has vaccine induced Asperger's

Syndrome, and he is very OCD. Many children with Autism and ADHD are

also very OCD. It is all part of the same picture. Could you find out

for sure if the child has just been vaccinated?

Hi Sandy, checked that out! , if you are reading sorry I

didn't get back to you, and thanks!! We were more worried about a

UTI, actually he can't go most of the time, and when he does it is

only small amounts. He is not thirsty, in fact, I don't think he

drinks enough. Even so, he had a urine culture with no growth, so

now, he will be going for some blood work. Oh Joy!! Doctor ordered

Bactrim, but with no growth, no fever, or pain upon urinating. I'm

not going to put him on it. We will see what the blood work brings.

I really do think it is psychological. He does have bouts with

constipation now and then, which could also affect the bladder.

Thanks,

checking cause I
