Welcome Amy! My wife Jaycie and I are neighbors (nowthen) and also have

chickens. We and our 3 kids have been eating traditional/primal/grain free for a

year and a half or so. We & #39;ll never look back.

We don & #39;t have any great recipes in the areas you mentioned, but we have

accumulated a good number of grain free and super-duper high fat recipes .
