Guest guest
This sounds interesting. I understand about how to hold the hand (like sucking the thumb) but how do you hold the fingers? Do you wrap your hand around the finger, or press on the finger in a certain spot? Thank you for more detail. in La Selva Beach CA Jim Shin Jyutsu HI All, I don't know if anyone has ever done this, but I looked into this touch for health modality. I went to sdale and visited their central office. Basically what is boils down to, is holding the finger in such a way to " tune up " the body. The way to hold the finger is to start with left hand holding the thumb and then each finger in succession for about 5 minutes to get a pulse in that finger. You start with the left hand holding the right finger first (one at a time) and then switch to the right hand holding the left fingers on by one. Think of sucking the thumb and that is way to do it, with one hand holding the finger on the other hand. The reason I bring this up, is I use this every night. I never seem to get past the thumb and one finger, before I have fallen asleep. It had increased the depth of my sleep and my ability to fall asleep faster. For me, it seems to interfere with the " worry " of the brain. There are prctitioners who can " tune up " the whole body and its cheap, about $65.00 a session. But the finger stuff can be done by the person at no expense. This is one of the best things I have done. You can reach their office at 480-998-9331 and they will refer you to someone trained in your area. Or they can be reached on the web at www.jimshinjyutsu.com. Guest guest
Hi , Don't hold the hand. Just hold each finger separately, one at a time, starting with the right. Don't stangle it, just relax and enclose each finger. I never time it, I tend to go to sleep so fast. Janet in San Diego Schmidt <schmidtmba@...> wrote: This sounds interesting.
