NAC sure can increase yeast, candida thrive on the lone cysteine. At one point in raising my glutathione levels, I tried going back and forth by using NAC and RenewPro on alternate days in the attempt to save bit of money given NAC is so cheap, but nevertheless candida blotches came on like gangbusters in several places, torso, arms, etc.. ***It was the NAC that intensified this yeast overgrowth. The RenewPro alone, with its lactoferrin included seemed to help a lot of it go away. I then got a topical over the counter spray to get rid of the rest. Guest guest
Hi , Well Darn!! The supplement only has 50 mg of NAC!!! That sure is a small amount to cause the problem, but I have looked at everything else. I am going to stop taking it and see how I feel. I wish a topical spray would work where I hurt! Thank you for your help, Janet in San Diego davidhall2020 <davidhall@...> wrote: Hi, Janet.
