Guest guest
I have a problem with jaw clinching that may be due to a mineral deficiency of some kind. Does any one have ideas on this? Lee
Guest guest
I'm way behind on my list reading again. I have been clenching my jaw and bruxing since I've been sick with this DD - 23 years. My electrolytes tend to be off all the time, and worse in the Summer and heat. I did IV magnesium for a long time and don't remember if I had the bruxing, etc during that time. Hmm. I now take a ton of magnesium orally, and still brux and clench. Drives me crazy. The only time I remember doing this before I became sick was when I took doet pills - Looong ago - probably some form of speed. Michele G > > Thanks Kurt. I will take a look. I have recup but just started on that. Guest guest
Michele, Have you taken all artificial ingredients out of your diet? Just a hunch, but maybe you are reacting to some food preservative or additive. Some of those can be neurological irritants to some people. See www.Feingold.org <http://www.feingold.org/> . Also, have you had the problem in other locations? Perhaps there is some environmental irritant. Also, do you have a magnesium-depleting bug? Some chronic bacterial infections can cause this (Rickettsia, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, Lyme Disease, probably others). --Kurt Re: Jaw clinching I'm way behind on my list reading again.
