Guest guest
a, So good to hear from such a talent like you a. _________________________ Dr. Schaller, do you think this WA doc meant this more the way I took it - that there is an epidemic of undiagnosed Lyme? **We know that in the state of GA that only 1/40 cases is reported and most of these are tested with junk labs. We know it is top vector disease. We do not know if 1/15 or 1/35 cases are caught. At least I have no idea. In one town near where I used to live, they asked 900 homes-- " Anyone have Lyme here " 45% said yes, and this is with mostly junk labs or bulls eye rashes which are not routine at all. Lyme has up to 11 acute marks, and many are trivial. **I do not know how many million have it. As you know, our family is looking at borrelia infection of 30 years with symptoms only getting bad in the last 10 years. **Yes, I am diagnosing folks missed 20, 30, 40 and 50 years after the initial infection. With this reality band 31 may well be positive for 80% of the population. **I read as not a concern if a 31. The 31 gets my attention and requires other inflammation and autoimmune treatments. I do not think most pure city dwellers have it. I would be surprised if that high. But I do think the millions might be higher than we even imagined. As someone whose training included neurocognitive reading, I meet massive numbers of folks with neurocognitive signs. Very freaky. And the first thing to go for all of us is insight with both Borrelia (Lyme) and mycotoxins. Then the next question is " Should we be using long-term multiple antibiotics on symptomatic patients? " **I feel we have different treatment approaches. I feel this is a serious organism. I do feel like we know more in 2006 than even 2 years ago. I go as aggressive as the genetic biotoxin removal allows, and as much as the person wants in a way that is causing no discomfort. Inflammation and other key hormones I feel have to be tracked closely to determine pace. We have never treated two pateints the same twice. And we also see many who have mycotoxin exposure, including smart Lyme pateints and experts who live in moldy homes. And ignore it. Good to hear from you my friend, J Schaller, MD www.personalconsult.com Re: BAND 31 NORM/DANGEROUS AND UNTRUE > Dr. Schaller, do you think this WA doc meant this more the way I took > it - that there is an epidemic of undiagnosed Lyme?
